Dapur Tecnología, based in Argentina, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through wheniseeus (the "App"). For any questions related to your data, you can write to us at [email protected].
2. Data We Collect

Remote-session messages are stored in your account, accessible only to you, and are used solely to provide the feature. Your remote-approval PIN is stored only on your computer and is never sent to us. |

3. Purpose of Data Use
- Creating and managing your account, and authenticating you securely.
- Providing the conversational service, including saving and retrieving your chat history.
- Processing and managing your Pro subscription and its renewals.
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service.
- Improving the App's performance, stability, and features through aggregated usage analysis.
- Communicating updates, security notices, or relevant changes to the Service.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on: (i) performance of the service contract you accept when registering; (ii) compliance with legal obligations; and (iii) our legitimate interest in maintaining the security, quality, and continuous improvement of the App, provided that interest does not override your fundamental rights.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with providers that help us operate the Service, under contractual relationships that require adequate protection of your data:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud: authentication, database (Firestore), and analytics.
- AI model providers (Google Gemini or equivalent): process your queries to generate the assistant's responses.
- PayPal: payment and subscription processing. PayPal acts as an independent controller for the payment data you provide to it directly.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or competent authority.
6. International Data Transfers
Because we use infrastructure providers with servers outside Argentina (for example, Google Cloud and PayPal), your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries. In those cases, we require our providers to apply adequate protection mechanisms in line with recognized international standards.
7. Data Retention
We keep your account data and conversation history for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain certain information for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.
8. Your Rights
You can exercise the following rights over your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]:
- Access: know what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or outdated data.
- Deletion: request that your account and associated data be deleted.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
- Objection and restriction: object to or limit certain processing, where legally applicable.
We will respond to your request within the timeframes established by applicable Argentine law (Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection).
9. Information Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including authentication managed by Firebase, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and restricted access rules on our database. However, no system is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Minors
wheniseeus is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor provided us with personal data, we will delete it.
11. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser local storage (localStorage) to save your interface preferences, and cookies or technical identifiers tied to Firebase Authentication and Firebase Analytics to keep your session and measure aggregate App usage. You can clear this data at any time from your browser settings.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will publish any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
